11 km from Mount Abu, on the way to Guru Shikhar, lie the ruins of forts built by Rana Kumbha and still speak of its glory. Among the noteworthy temples are Achaleshwar Mahadev temples and Kantinath Jain Temple. The later had a gold plated image. Mandakini Kund and a sculpture of Parmar Dharavarsh are situated close to the Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple.
