Government Museum Travel Guide

Established by the Department of Archeology and Museum, it is frequented by tourists, who love delving into the history of this desert citadel.  The trophy of the state bird Godawan - the great Indian bustard, is one of the highlights of the collection. Traditional house-hold items, rock-cut crockery and jewellery along with ancient statues from the 7th and 9th centuries are also interesting.
