Situated on the banks of Ganga near Meerut in UP, Hastinapur is an ancient town has been the silent witness to the majestic grandeur and conflicts of the Mahabharat era. It is considered to be the Kashi of Jain Religion. It is considered as one of the holiest pilgrimage sites especially for the Jain sect in India, as it is believed to be the birthplace of three Jains Teerthankara.
