Hemnu Smadhi Sthal Travel Guide
It is another place of historical significance. Hemu, the great Indian warrior was beheaded by Akbar and his head was sent off to Kabul and his torso hung in outside Purana Quila in Delhi. This memorial tomb was erected by his supporters later on to commemorate his death. The place is yet another depiction of Indian bravery and history.
