Maa Daat Kali Temple Travel Guide

Daat Kali Mandir - the key religious destination of Uttarakhand is dedicated to Goddess Kali, is located in close proximity to Dehradun. The temple is visited by thousands of devotees every year prior starting a new chapter in their life or when they buy a new vehicle. The temple houses an eternal flame that is being burned since 1921. It is assumed that Maa Kali came in into the dream of an engineer and gave an idol of Goddess Kali in order to construct a temple. All the passers-by on their way either to Dehradun or Saharanpur stop and pray to seek blessings from Goddess Kali.
