Ghansali is a small town located at 59 kms from New Tehri close to confluence of Bhilangana and Bal Ganga river. Also pronounced as Ghansyali, this small town is major market place for nearby villages. Situated at a height of 976 mtrs, Ghansali is also a road route to Gangotri from Kedarnath via Tilwara.
