January Retreat and Mindful Eating
Mindful Eating for Holistic Living - A healthy Weight loss program based on the principle of Mindful Eating -
At Karma Lakelands, NH-8, Sector - 80, Gurgaon, Haryana
Mindful eating is the best way to stay fit and healthy and get your body to its optimum weight without having to opt for crash diet plans and charts.
Turning to food for comfort, stress relief, or as a reward rather than to satisfy hunger is what we call emotional eating. Most emotional eaters feel powerless over their food cravings.
Also, the habit leads to becoming overweight and invites obesity, one of the most dreaded modern-day lifestyle disorders. However, emotional eating is actually a sign of a much deeper, unresolved emotional pain that surfaces from time to time and makes us resort to food because we do not know how to deal with it. This program aims to offer alternate approaches to dealing with emotional pain and discuss the practice of ' sattvic & mindful eating' that is a very effective way to break free of an age - old habit that has almost become an addiction.
In fact Mindful eating is not just a practice but a way of life. We invite you to experience and embrace it.
Objectives - The program is designed to help you -
1. Discover the power of Mindfulness for a healthy and happy life
2. Overcome Stress and related eating disorders through mindfulness
3. Mindful practices to stay in tune with your body and mind
